Deleting your account

From inside the app

Open Profile → Delete account, read what it lists, and confirm. It happens immediately; there is no waiting period and nothing to wait for.

If you have already uninstalled

Email dailysehat07@gmail.com from any address, with the mobile number the account uses. We will delete it and reply to confirm. Allow up to 30 days, though in practice it is the same day.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, timezone, preferences and password.
• Everything logged against it: food, steps, exercise, habits and their history, body measurements, goals, period entries, health conditions, reminders.
• Your profile picture.
• Family links and pending invitations, in both directions.
• Challenge entries and the credits they earned.
• Your sign-in history, including the IP addresses in it.

What stays, and why

• Foods you added to the shared catalogue. Other people are using them. They stay, no longer attributed to you.
• Aggregate AI usage counters — tokens and cost, for accounting. They are stripped of any link to you.
• Reports you filed about an AI suggestion, without your identity, so the problem can still be looked at.

None of these can be traced back to you once your account is gone.
